Responsibilities

- HRIS Project leader

- Manage project / replace current HRIS global direction.

- Manage employee database.

- Develop, design, build test, implement, maintain and enhance HRIS tables, codes and security.

- Manage quality and consistency of HRIS database.

- Develop information systems involving integration of multiple platform.

- Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields.

- Experience working in Automotive Industry would be adventage.

- Exerience on oracle system

- 3-5 years experience in HRIS.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive action.

- Ability to meet deadlines and enjoy to work under pressure.

- Good command of spoken and written English: TOEIC scores 550

- Computer literacy especially Ms.Excel

- Location: Bangna-Trad Road, Km.22
