พนักงานจะต้องไม่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอื่นใดทุกประเภทภายนอก บริษัท โดยประการที่อาจจะเป็นการขัดต่อผลประโยชน์ หรือการค้าของบริษัท หรือเสียหายต่อหน้าที่การงาน ซึ่งพนักงานผู้นั้น รับผิดชอบไม่ว่าโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม
