รับการนวดไทยแบบเชลยศักดิ์ในอาสาสมัครที่มีอาการท้องผูก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ
ผู้ที่มีอาการท้องผูกที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี อายุ 18-62 ปี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) แบบประเมินอาการท้องผูก (CSS) (2) แบบสอบถามส่วนบุคคล
(3) แบบบันทึกการขับถ่ายอุจจาระของอาสาสมัคร (4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ เป็นการศึกษาแบบกลุ่มเดียว จำนวน 23 คน อาสาสมัครทุกคนจะได้รับการนวดไทยแบบเชลยศักดิ์ลดอาการท้องผูก เป็นระยะเวลา 1 สัปดาห์ จำนวน 3 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 45 นาที
