บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ไว้ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการพึ่งตนเองของประชาชนในชุมชนชนบท ตำบททับกฤช อำเภอชุมแสง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมศักยภาพการพึ่งตนเอง ของประชาชนในชุมชนชนบท ตำบลทับกฤช อำเภอชุมแสง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์
ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชาชนในชุมชนชนบท ตำบลทับกฤช อำเภอชุมแสง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการรวบรวมข้อมูลจำนวน 14 คน ได้แบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อทำการวิจัยจำนวน 14 ชุด

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1. ชุมชนมีการการพึ่งตนเองของประชาชนในชุมชนชนบทได้ในระดับหนึ่ง เช่น ในด้านการผลิตการรวมกลุ่มเพื่อระดมทุน มีการแลกเปลี่ยนแรงงาน และยังมีการนำเอาภูมิปัญญาที่มีอยู่มาใช้ในการผลิต การตลาด มีการสร้างตลาด สร้างเครือข่ายตลาด ตลอดจนสามารถสร้างอำนาจการต่อรองกับภายนอกได้ การบริโภคภายในชุมชนนั้นในด้านอาหารสามารถผลิตได้อย่างพอเพียง ชุมชนมีการนำเอาความรู้สมัยใหม่และภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมมาประยุกต์ให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ทำให้มีศักยภาพในการพึ่งตนเองได้เป็นอย่างดี
2. ชุมชนมีการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมศักยภาพการพึ่งตนเองได้อยู่ในระดับหนึ่ง โดยมีขีดความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการตนเองและพัฒนาศักยภาพความพร้อมของกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ทำให้ประชาชนมีการพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยตนเองและส่งเสริมให้สร้างเวทีชาวบ้าน เพื่อเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และแสดงความคิดเห็นเพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดจิตสำนึก โดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีในท้องถิ่นหรือภูมิปัญญาในท้องถิ่น เข้ามาช่วยในการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมศักยภาพการพึ่งตนเอง
3. ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพการพึ่งตนเองในชุมชนชนบท ตำบททับกฤช อำเภอชุมแสง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ควรมีกระบวนการคิด การพึ่งตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ในการทำงานร่วมกัน ทำให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนการเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกันเคารพในความคิกเห็นของผู้อื่นตลอดจนถึงประชาชนในชุมชน ควรใช้ศักยภาพของตนเองและศักยภาพของกลุ่มมุ่งเน้นการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ ในชุมชนเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาชุมชน
