This research aims to study the satisfaction of the customer service representatives. Of (Shipping) Company Limited, TPI Global logistics limited group of customers representing a total of 70 instruments to collect data. Satisfaction of five areas: 1) the price of service 2) the quality of the staff 3) service consultation 4), speed, punctuality and 5) the performance of services. The sample is defined by a grid of Krejcie & Morgan. And test the reliability of the questionnaire by alpha coefficient. (α-Coefficient) of Cronbach (Cronbach) statistics used in this research were percentage, mean and standard deviation,
the study found. The satisfaction of the customer service agents out of (Shipping) Company Limited, TPI Global logistics Co., the fifth overall satisfaction was high. Considering it was found that the customers are satisfied most. The quality of the staff (mean = 4.31), followed by the speed, punctuality (mean = 3.99), the evaluation (mean = 3.98), the performance of services (mean = 3.92) and. the customer satisfaction is minimal. The price of services (mean = 3.6).
