I had a Discussion with VPE Senior safety manager to ensure all proper controls in place for night time work, including radiography and TSA. VPE assured MES that all was in place. The mass TBT is conducted in Thai, at the moment one of our field supervisors, Mr Rawat, translates for the MES personnel. The 3 Million man hour celebration is fast approaching and has been scheduled for 12th December, various meetings have been held, however still some issues to resolve. Various lifts and movement of TLE were conducted, all went smoothly under the supervision of PCD construction manager and safety team. We are continuing to see unsafe conditions on site, this is mainly on scaffold issues, our field teams are reporting these issues and closing them out as they arise, it is important we continue to use the SOR system. This lets us record, track and close out actions quickly. EMCC incident log reviewed weekly, and any relevant information discussed during internal weekly meetings.
