งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาด้วยแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 156 ข้อมูล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบแรงจูงใจในการเรียน และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยด้านจัดองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการเรียนของนักศึกษา จาการวิเคราะห์ พบว่า ควรจัดแรงจูงใจในการเรียนเป็น 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความรับผิดชอบ (respond) ความมุ่งมั่น (commit) ความใฝ่เรียนรู้ (learn) และการทบทวน (review) และผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการจัดองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการเรียนทั้ง 4 องค์ประกอบ พบว่า การจัดองค์การด้านบุคลากรมีความสัมพันธ์กับความรับผิดชอบ (respond) และความมุ่งมั่น (commit) ในทิศทางเดียวกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเท่ากับ 0.05 การจัดองค์การด้านรูปแบบการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับความใฝ่เรียนรู้ (learn) ในทิศทางเดียวกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเท่ากับ 0.05 การจัดองค์การด้านทักษะมีความสัมพันธ์กับความใฝ่เรียนรู้ (learn) ในทิศทางเดียวกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเท่ากับ 0.05
