This research collected from students with questionnaire. The 156 data. Objective to analyze the elements of motivation in learning. And analyze the factors that affect the organization learning motivation of students from analytical analysis, it was found that the learning motivation is 4 elements. Including responsibility (respond) commitment (COMMIT) anxious to learn (learn) and review (review) and the outcome of the analysis of organizational factors affecting motivation in learning the 4 elements. Found that the organization personnel associated with the responsibility (respond) and commitment (COMMIT) direction at the same level as 0.05 organization the management patterns related to achievement, learn. (learn) in the same direction at the level of 0.05 organizing skills related to the anxious to learn (learn).
