จากปัญหาที่ลูกค้าแจ้งว่า Config Router และ Apply แล้ว แต่เช็คอีกครั้งพบว่าเช็ค Router Configuration นั้น

Username&password ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนไปตามที่ลูกค้าได้ Save ไป

ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าจากการตรวจสอบในระบบการ Authen พบว่าระบบเห็นว่าหมายเลขของลูกค้านั้น
