ผู้รับจ้างไม่สามารถจะนำส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของงานตามสัญญานี้ไปใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ของบุคคลภายนอกได้เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ว่าจ้างก่อนเท่านั้น

หากผู้รับจ้างไม่ปฏิบัติตามและทำให้เกิดความเสียหายใดๆแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างผู้รับจ้างยินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้ตามที่ผู้ว่าจ้างเรียกร้อง
