Please find attached the contract expenses for 1st Surveillance Audit -2015. For auditing in Japan we must carried out before auditing main site (In Thailand), according to the rules of TS16949 and availability schedule of auditor is week 3 and 4 of August 2015 (Audit 1 MD), please tell us the date that you prefer and please arrange flights, hotel accommodation in Japan and traveling from hotel to the site in Japan.
