สัญญาจะซื้อจะขายอาคารชุดฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นที่ อาคาร เดอะเบส ซอย สุขุมวิท 77

ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายอาคารชุดกัน ดังนี้

ข้อ 3. ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าอากรแสตมป์ ค่าภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และค่าใช้จ่ายที่มีขึ้นใน วันจดทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ ที่ดินตามสัญญานี้ ผู้จะซื้อ เป็นผู้ชำระทั้งหมด และสามารถโอนชื่อให้บุคลอื่นได้
ส่วนค่านายหน้าผู้จะซื้อเป็นผู้ชำระค่านายหน้าหลังจากหักค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น ดังนี้ ค่าภาษีธุรกิจเฉพาะ ค่าธรรมเนียมการโอน ต่างๆทั้งหมด โดยหลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆแล้วในส่วนต่างที่เหลือให้เป็นค่านายหน้า
ข้อ 4. หากผู้จะขาย ผิดสัญญาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งตกลงให้ผู้จะซื้อปรับเป็นเงินจำนวน
3 เท่า ของเงินที่ได้ชำระไว้แล้ว และมีสิทธิฟ้องบังคับให้เป็นไปตามสัญญานี้
ข้อ 5. หากผู้จะซื้อ ผิดสัญญาข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ตกลงให้ผู้จะขายริบเงินที่ได้ชำระไว้แล้วทั้งหมด และถือว่าสัญญานี้เลิกกัน โดยมิต้องบอกกล่าวก่อน
