13. การติดต่อสื่อสารทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ ( Logistics Communications) การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพภายในองค์กร ถือได้ว่าเป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล และการตัดสินใจต่าง ๆ สามารถทำได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น การสื่อสารที่ประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรควรจะมีลักษณะดังนี้

กิจกรรมหลักทางโลจิสติกส์ทั้ง 13 กิจกรรม อาจนำมาจัดเป็นกลุ่มได้ 5 กลุ่ม คือกิจกรรมทางด้านการบริหารจัดการการผลิต การตลาดและการบริการลูกค้า การจัดหาวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ การกระจายสินค้าและการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง การจัดส่ง ซึ่งครอบคลุมองค์ความรู้ทางด้านโลจิสติกส์
