ลำไยเป็นผลไม้ที่มีตามฤดูกาลมีจำนวนมากหลากหลายพันธุ์และเป็นผลไม้ท้องถิ่นมีเฉพาะเมืองไทยเป็นที่แพร่หลายและเป็นผลไม้เมืองร้อนยอดนิยมที่สามารถหาได้ง่ายทั่วไป ในชุมชนมีการปลูกต้นลำไยเป็นจำนวนมากลำไยเป็นผลไม้ที่มีความต้องการของตลาดเป็นจำนวนมากส่วนใหญ่แล้วเกษตรกรจะนำเพียงผลของลำไยไปขายไม่นำมาต่อยอดให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
คณะผู้จัดทำได้เห็นปัญหาเหล่านี้จึงได้ทำโครงงานนี้ขึ้นมาเพื่อนำเสนอความรู้ความเข้าใจของสรรพคุณและประโยชน์ของลำไยที่หลายคนไม่เคยทราบให้มากยิ่งขึ้นแก่ผู้ที่สนใจและเกษตรกรเพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันและก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและสร้างรายได้เสริมอีกด้วย
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงาน
