ทุกครั้งที่มีการประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผล

ทุกครั้งที่มีการประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลต้องตั้งสำรองตามกฎหมายไว้ 5% ของกำไรสุทธิประจำปีที่ประกาศจ่าย  จนกว่าเงินทุนสำรองจะมีจำนวนถึง 10% ของจำนวนทุนของบริษัท หรือมากกว่านั้น
