มาตรา ๑๓ คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจและหน้าที

มาตรา ๑๓ คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจและหน้าที่ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เสนอความเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและแผนการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการประกอบ
ธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ต่อรัฐมนตรี

(๒) เสนอความเห็นต่อรัฐมนตรีในการออกกฎกระทรวง ประกาศ หรือระเบียบ
เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ รวมทั้งเสนอความเห็นเกี่ยวกับมาตรการในการกำกับดูแลการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์
(๓) กำกับดูแลและติดตามสอดส่องพฤติการณ์ในการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์
(๔) เสนอรายงานเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ในการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ต่อรัฐมนตรี
และจัดให้มีการเผยแพร่รายงานดังกล่าวต่อสาธารณชนอย่างน้อยปีละหนึ่งครั้ง
(๕) พิจารณาเรื่องร้องเรียนจากแฟรนไชส์ซี ที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อน หรือเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ของแฟรนไชส์ซอร์ที่ไม่ถูก ต้องหรือไม่เป็นธรรม รวมทั้งการพิจารณาอนุมัติให้สำนักงานดำเนินคดีแฟรนไชส์ซอร์ที่ประกอบธุรกิจ แฟรนไชส์ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่เป็นธรรมแทนแฟรนไชส์ซี
(๖) แจ้งโฆษณาหรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ของ แฟรนไชส์ซอร์ที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานหรือไม่มีคุณสมบัติหรือมีพฤติการณ์ที่อาจก่อ ให้เกิดความเสียหายในวงการธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์
