5.1.5 ตรวจสอบแบบสำรวจความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม (FM-PN-201) ทั้งหมดที่รับมาแล้ว พิจารณาความเหมาะสม
และความเป็นไปได้ พร้อมจัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรม (FM-PN-202) ให้เสร็จสิ้นภายในเดือนธันวาคมของทุกปี
เพื่อเสนอขออนุมัติเกณฑ์ที่จะใช้พิจารณามีดังนี้
