มาตรา 12: การชดเชยค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น
การรับผิดในการชดเชยค่าเสียหายอันเกิดจากการกระทำโดยตั้งใจ หรือ ความประมาทของพนักงาน หรือ ตัวแทนของคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง ที่ทำให้กิจการได้รับความเสียหายให้เกิดขึ้นหลังจากได้มีการตรวจสอบ และ ผลของการตรวจสอบได้ระบุว่า เป็นความผิดของลูกจ้าง หรือ ตัวแทนของคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง ให้คู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นเป็นผู้ชดเชยค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมด โดยให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายของ สปป ลาว
