ซึ่งทางเราได้แจ้งกลับไปว่ามี PART 2 รายการที่เกิดปัญหา
1.PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD มีสั่งซื้อล่าสุดปี 2009 ทาง MAKER เช็คแม่พิมพ์ที่ใช้ผลิตแล้ว ต้องมีการเปลี่ยน FILM SCREAN
ซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายอยู่ที่ 70,000 บาท ถ้าลูกค้าต้องการงานจะต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้น
2.SW UNIT มี LEAD TIME ในการสั่งซื้ออยู่ที่ 3 เดือน และสั่งซื้อขั้นต่ำ 1,200 ชิ้นค่ะ ในกรณีลูกค้าต้องการงาน 300 ชิ้น จะมีชิ้นส่วนคงเหลืออยู่
ในส่วนของชิ้นส่วนคงเหลือทั้งหมดลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่ะ
ลูกค้าตอบกลับมาว่า
1. ตามเงื่อนไข AGREEMENT SERVICE PART 15 ปี T-TEC ต้องจัดส่งให้ MTAT ตามเงื่อนไข
2. ตามเงื่อนไข AGREEMENT MTAT ไม่ยอมรับค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น เนื่องจากยังอยู่ในวาระข้อตกลง
ดังนั้นตามข้อสรุปดังกล่าว T-TEC ต้องดำเนินการจัดส่งให้ MTAT และแจ้งสถานะให้ MTAT ทราบอีกครั้ง
