ข้อ 9. ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าผิดสัญญานี้ไม่ว่าข้อหนึ่งข้อใดหรือหลายข้อรวมกัน ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิที่จะเลิกสัญญาเช่าได้โดยไม่ต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า และไม่คืนเงินประกัน
ข้อ 10. เมื่อสัญญาเช่าสิ้นสุดลงไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุครบกำหนดยะยะเวลาการเช่า หรือด้วยเหตุอื่นประการหนึ่งประการใดก็ตาม ผู้เช่ายินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิที่จะกลับเข้าครอบครองทรัพย์ที่เช่าได้ทันที โดยผู้เช่าจะต้องขนย้ายทรัพย์สินและบริวารออกไปจากทรัพย์ที่เช่า และส่งคืนทรัพย์ที่เช่าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าในสภาพเรียบร้อย
