Absolution is the act of forgiving someone for having done something wrong or sinful. The video shows "good" vs. "bad" within the same being. The absolution, in this case, is the act of forgiving yourself for having done wrong. The hardest thing to do is to forgive yourself, and when you do, it's an amazing feeling.
