บทคัดย่อ
1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหาร
ส่วนตำบลท่าน้ำ อำเภอปะนาเระ จังหวัดปัตตานี 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่าน้ำ อำเภอปะนาเระ จังหวัดปัตตานี 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่าน้ำ อำเภอปะนาเระ จังหวัดปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนในตำบลท่าน้ำ อำเภอปะนาเระ จังหวัดปัตตานี ที่มีอายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 368 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม
จากการศึกษา พบว่า
1. ความพึงพอใจในการบริหารงานตามรายด้านโดยรวม ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับ
ปานกลางโดยในด้านการบริหารงานแก้ไขปัญหาท้องถิ่น ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจปานกลางทั้งสี่ด้าน ด้านสังคม คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.09 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.39 ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.02 คาเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.37 ด้านเศรษฐกิจ คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.66 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.29 และด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.90 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.35
2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของประชาชนในตำบลท่าน้ำ พบว่าอายุระหว่าง 36-45 ปีสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา อาชีพเกษตรกร และได้ต่อเดือน 5,001-10,000 บาท
3. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานของ อบต. พบว่า
ปัจจัยด้านเพศ อายุ และสถานภาพที่ต่างกัน จะมีผลทำให้ระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ปัจจัยด้าน ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกัน จะมีผลทำให้ระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการบริหารของ อบต. แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
