1.2 กระบวนการย่อย(QWP: Quality Work Process) จากกระบวนการหลัก(QBP) ข้างต้นสามารถนำมาเขียนเป็นกระบวนการย่อย(QWP)ได้เป็น 5 กระบวนการ คือ QWP1 กระบวนงานเสนอโครงการจัดการนวัตกรรมในชั้นเรียน มี 4 ขั้นตอน 13 กิจกรรม 4 แบบฟอร์ม QWP2 การตรวจสอบผลการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะ มี 1 ขั้นตอน 5 กิจกรรม 1 แบบฟอร์ม QWP3 การเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัย มี 2 ขั้นตอน 4 กิจกรรม 2 แบบฟอร์ม QWP4 การตรวจสอบกระบวนการ มี 3 ขั้นตอน 5 กิจกรรม 3 แบบฟอร์ม และQWP5 การจัดทำรายงานผลวิจัยและเผยแพร่ มี 1 ขั้นตอน 5 กิจกรรม 4 แบบฟอร์ม รวมทั้งหมดมีทั้งสิ้น 11 ขั้นตอน 30 กิจกรรมและ 15 แบบฟอร์ม
