Parking is a very necessary part of the transportation .According of (Sri Pathum University, 2011).All vehicles need a parking when they reach the destination and the parking in the department store ,in the government office, in the tourist attraction even in the recreation area usually encounters 4 major problems that are the double parking ,the road block in the parking area, unknowing of available space and the insufficiency space. All of these problems commonly occur in the popular place especially the university. the more students in that university are the more parking problem can arise (Sri Pathum University, 2011).
University of Phayao generally confronts a traffic jam and the adequacy of parking space due to the increasing of student and motorcycles. In addition, the highland and mountainous of the university is topography are the main factor of the accident .There for University of Phayao decided to specify some resolution to control the tidiness and the accident for students and staff safety. The student, officer and outsiders who use the motorcycle must park it in the parking area of university and take the university service bus to set inside the university.
Owing to the increasing of the students is number in University of Phayao ,at the some time it can increase the number of using motorcycle parking space of University of Phayao.the related research is mentioned in this paper such as the satisfaction of the services received from several universities such as the research related to the satisfaction of admission and evaluation office servicing. ( Chongcharvoysakul,V., 2008).And the research related to the satisfaction of the service in Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. (Piet-Thanom.S., 2008).
