กิจกรรมที่3เป็นการทำPerformamceโดยการยืนให้นิ่งที่สุด และแนะนำตัวโดยที่สิ่งที่เราทำได้คือพูดเพียงอย่างเดียว ในกิจกรรมนี้ก็จะได้เหตุบางพฤติกรรมที่เราอาจไม่เห็นได้เหตุของตัวเองเพราะหลังจากที่แนะนำตัวเสร็จก็รู้สึกว่าตัวเองเป็นคนขาดความมั่นใจพอสมควรเพราะถึงจะพูดและยืนตัวนิ่งที่สุด แต่มือก็ยังคงแกะ บีบ หรือเล่นกับนิ้วตัวเองนั้นเอง
