วิธีการศึกษา เป็นการวิจัย กึ่งทดลอง ศึกษาในผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดคลอดที่มีอายุครรภ์ตั้งแต่ 37 สัปดาห์ขึ้นไปที่ได้รับการฉีดยาชาเข้าช่องไขสันหลังในห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก จำนวน 60 ราย โดยเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 30 รายเท่ากัน โดยกลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลโดยการใช้ผ้ายืดพันขาและติดตามความดันโลหิต ในนาทีที่ 1, 3, 5 และทุก 5 นาที จนครบ 30นาที รวม 8 ครั้ง กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ (ไม่ได้ใช้ผ้ายืดพันขาก่อนฉีดยาเข้าช่องไขสันหลัง) และติดตามความดันโลหิต ในนาทีที่ 1, 3, 5 และต่อไปทุก 5 นาทีจนครบ 30นาที รวม 8 ครั้ง บันทึกความดันโลหิต แล้วนำผลการวิเคราะห์ในแต่ละช่วงเวลามาเปรียบเทียบโดยใช้ Fisher,s exact test, Mann- whitney U
