เรื่อง การรับรองเอกสารบริษัท
เรียน กระทรวงการค่างประเทศมาเลเซีย
สิ่งที่แนบมาด้วย ตัวอย่างการรับรองเอกสารจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศจากราชอาณาจักรไทย
เนื่องด้วย agility ibev Co.,Ltd. 141/104 Ratchawithi Road Soi Ratchawithi 7 , Phra Pathom Chedi Mueang Nakhonpathom , Thailand 7300 จะทำการผลิตเครื่องดื่มกับโรงงาน.....ที่อยู่. และนำเข้าเพื่อจัดจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย จึงต้องใช้เอกสารรับรองของโรงงาน อันได้แก่..... เพื่อใช้สำหรับประกอบการขออนุญาตนำเข้าให้ถูกต้อง และรับรองโดย Thai Fda เอกสารสำเนาดังกล่าว จำเป็นจะต้องถูกปั้มรับรองจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมาเลเซีย และรับรองอีกครั้งที่สถานเอคอัคราชทูตมาเลเซีย ประจำประเทไทย เพื่อให้เอกสารสมบูรณ์ถูกต้อง ตามระเบียบของสถานทูตมาเลย์เซียประจำประเทศไทยเอง
จึงใคร่ขอความกรุณากระทรวงการต่างประเทศมาเลเซีย ประทับตรารับรองเอกสารดังกล่าว เพื่อจะนำมาประทับตราต่อที่สถานเอคอัคราชทูตมาเลเซียประจำประเทศไทยต่อไป เพื่อความสมบูรณ์ของเอกสาร
