วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 3 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2557 ฉันตื่นนอนเวลา06.12 น. วันนี้อากาศสดใสมากมีแดดอ่อนๆ ลมพัดเบาๆ นั่งดื่มกาแฟมองต้นไม้เพลินๆ สุขใจจริงๆ แล้วไปทำงานบ้าน อาบน้ำ ออกจากบ้านเวลา08.10น. เริ่มทำงาน08.30น. วันนี้รวบรวมรายงาน NCD เพื่อเอาข้อมูลเข้าประชุมบ่ายโมง เตรียมการนำเสนอผลงานในรอบปี เวลา12.00น.ไปทานอาหารกลางวัน เวลา13.30น. เข้าประชุม ที่ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชธาตุพนม ถึงเวลา15.30น. กลับมาที่สำนักงานเพื่อเตรียมข้อมูลทำพาวเวอร์พ้อยท์ เวลา16.30น.ขับรถกลับบ้าน พักผ่อน อ่านหนังสือพิมพ์ ออกำลังกาย ทานอาหารเย็นกับครอบครัว เวลา19.45 น.ออกไปบ้านเพื่อนเพื่อเอากระท้อนแช่อิ่ม กินแล้วอร่อยมาก แล้วอาบน้ำ ดูทีวี เข้านอนเวลา 23.00น.
