ปัจจุบัน ผลิตรถยนต์ฮอนด้าทั้งหมด 10 รุ่น ได้แก่ ฮอนด้า บริโอ, ฮอนด้า บริโอ อเมซ,ฮอนด้า แจ๊ส,ฮอนด้า แจ๊ซ ไฮบริด,ฮอนด้า ซิตี้, ฮอนด้า ซิตี้ CNG, ฮอนด้า ซีวิค ,ฮอนด้า ซีวิค ไฮบริด,ฮอนด้า แอคคอร์ด และฮอนด้า ซีอาร์-วี สำหรับจำหน่ายในประเทศไทยและส่งออกไปยัง 65 ประเทศทั่วโลก นอกจากนี้ ฮอนด้ายังได้ลงทุนสร้างโรงงานผลิตรถยนต์แห่งใหม่มูลค่า 17,150 ล้านบาทในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี พร้อมคาดว่าจะเปิดสายการผลิตในปี 2558
