12.4 ในการพิจารณาตัดสินการจัดจ้างครั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการพิจารณาด้านราคามีสิทธิให้ผู้เสนอราคาชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง หรือไปตรวจสอบสภาพ ฐานะ หรือข้อเท็จจริงอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้เสนอราคาได้ โดยคณะกรรมการพิจารณาด้านราคาสงวนสิทธิที่จะไม่รับราคา หรือไม่ทำสัญญา หากหลักฐานดังกล่าวไม่มีความเหมาะสมหรือ ไม่ถูกต้อง
