ในการสนับสนุนโครงการ R2C ประกอบ ด้วยงาน 3 ดังนี้
1. การ Interface Data ระหว่างระบบ HIS กับ SAP
สถานะ ขณะนี้ อยู่ในระหว่างการตกลงรายละเอียด กัน ระหว่าง HIS  Middleware SAP
(ประชุม วันศุกร์ที่ 17 เมษษยน 2558)
2. ปรับปรุง HIS เพื่อสนับสนุน โครงการ R2C โดย มีความต้องการที่ทีม ได้ รวบรวม มี ดังนี้
a. Registration Process
i. Insurance Policy Validation (real time)
ii. Membership/Coupon (MC) validation
iii. Corporate program validation (Mobile Checkup)
iv. Real Time
v. Employee/Doctor welfare
b. Cashier Process
i. Payor plan simulation
ii. Selfpay
iii. Popup message
c. Deposit Process
i. Cashier receive Deposit by HIS system, generate Deposit doc
ii. interface this transaction to ERP by posting to GL – Deposit account (not preauthorized deposit)
iii. offset billing amount and print receipt document
iv. f Cash Deposit, return full remaining deposit amount, print Return Deposit doc
v. Generate Exception report if Deposit Balance 0 or Retained amount
vi. Case : BHN transfer EN to BMC with billed amount (Cancel Request)
vii. BHN request Patient transfer to BMC through work flow attached w EN Detail (Cancel Request)
viii. Refund drug/med supply to return inventory and generate CN

สถานะอยู่ในระหว่าง สรุป ความต้องการ ว่า HIS แต่ละตัว ต้องปรับปรุงโปรแกรม ในส่วนไหนบ้าง และในกรณีที่ HIS ไม่สามารถสนับสนุนได้ เราจะมีแนวทางการสนับสนุน อย่างไร เพราะ ถ้า ในส่วนที HIS ไม่สามารถ สนับสนุน BPX ต้องการให้ GLS พัฒนาโปรแกรมใหม่ขึ้นมาสนับสนุน หรือ ไม่ เพราะ ถ้ามีการพัฒนาโปรแกรมใหม่ ขึ้นมา ทีม HIS ก็ต้องมีการเก็บข้อมูลความต้องการต่างๆ เพิ่ม ทำให้ ระยะเวลา การพัฒนา
3. Cleansing Data
สถานะ อยู่ในระหว่างการรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยขณะนี้ มี การจัดทำอยู่ 1 เรื่อง คือ การจัดกลุ่ม Sub Category ของ Order Item
4. Report
สถานะ ยังไม่มีการกำหนดความต้องการ
จากสถานะ การทำงาน พบว่า ปัจจุบัน สถานะ จะอยู่ระหว่างการเก็บข้อมูลรายละเอียด เพื่อ นำไปออกแบบ ระบบ แต่จากแผนงาน หลักของโครงการ R2C จะมีการ Go live Phase 1 ในเดือน ตุลาคม 2558 ซึ่งจากเวลาดังกล่าว ทีมพัฒนาระบบของ HIS จะมีเวลา ในการปรับปรุง ระบบประมาณ 3 เดือน และ ทดสอบระบบ 1 เดือน ซึ่ง ทีม ได้ประเมินการทำงานในปัจจุบัน แล้ว พบว่า ถ้ายังไม่ได้ข้อสรุป เรื่องความต้องการให้แน่ชัด ว่าความต้องการๆ ที่ ต้องการนั้น เราจะต้องมีการตอบสนอง หรือไม่ อย่างไร เพราะ ว่าแต่ละแนวทาง ทีมพัฒนาระบบ จะมีแนวทางการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน
ดังนั้น ทีม จึงต้องการ ให้ ผู้เกี่ยวข้องต่าง ๆ ช่วย สรุป เรื่องแนวทางการสนับสนุน ความต้องการต่าง ๆ ออกมาให้ ชัดเจน เพื่อที่ทีมพัฒนาระบบของ HIS จะได้ ดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบใน ขั้นตอนถัดไป
