การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผลิตปุ๋ยหมักโดยใช้ไส้เดือนดินสายพันธุ์ ยูดริลัส ยูจีนิแอ (Eudrilus eugeniae) ในอัตราส่วนมูลโคนมกับมูลแพะหลายระดับ ซึ่งในงานวิจัยได้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อศึกษาผลต่างๆดังนี้ 1.น้ำหนักตัวของไส้เดือนดินและความยาวของไส้เดือนในอัตราส่วนผสม 100,70:30,30:70 และ100 เก็บข้อมูลที่ระยะเวลา 1, 2 และ 3 เดือน ใช้แผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ ทำการทดลอง 3 ซ้ำ 2.ด้านคุณภาพปุ๋ยหมักมูลไส้เดือน มีปริมาณค่าอินทรีย์วัตถุ ฟอสฟอรัส โพแทสเซียมและความเป็นกรด-ด่างของอัตราส่วนมูลโคนมกับมูลแพะเก็บข้อมูลผลรวมทั้งก่อนและหลังการทดลอง ผลการวิจัยได้พบว่า ระยะเวลาจาก 1-3 เดือนอัตราส่วนผสมมูลโคนม 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ มีน้ำหนักของไส้เดือนดินเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ 275.6 กรัม และอัตราส่วนผสมมูลแพะ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ มีความยาวตัวของไส้เดือนดินเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ 14.5 เซนติเมตร ด้านคุณภาพปุ๋ยหมักมูลไส้เดือนมีปริมาณค่าอินทรียวัตถุมากที่สุดในอัตราส่วน มูลโคนม 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ย่อยสลายได้ร้อยละ 180.16 ค่าฟอสฟอรัสมากที่สุดในอัตราส่วนมูลโคนม30:70 เปอร์เซ็นต์ย่อยสลายได้ร้อยละ 30.19 และค่าโพแทสเซียมมากที่สุดในอัตราส่วนมูลแพะ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ย่อยสลายได้ร้อยละ 44.07 แต่ค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่างนั้นมีแนวโน้มเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่มากเท่าไหร่หนักจึงไม่มีความแตกต่างทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ตามลำดับ จึงแสดงให้เห็นว่ามูลโคนมและมูลแพะสามารถนำมาเลี้ยงในไส้เดือนดินได้เป็นอย่างดี
