โครงงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลคำสั่งปฏิบัติงานออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษา คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยกาฬสินธุ์
เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในการจัดการเอกสารที่เกิดขึ้นจากระบบเดิม
ลดขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานช่วยให้เกิดความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ลดปริมาณการใช้กระดาษ และพื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บเอกสาร
โดยระบบมีความสามารถในการจัดการข้อมูลหนังสือราชการออนไลน์ได้ตามขอบเขตของการศึกษา
โดยแบ่งเป็นผู้ใช้งาน 2 กลุ่มได้แก่ 1) ผู้ดูแลระบบหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ สามารถกำหนดสิทธิ์การใช้งานของบุคลากรได้ สามารถจัดการข้อมูลบุคลากรได้ สามารถจัดการข้อมูลหนังสือได้
2) อาจารย์ สามารถค้นหาและแสดงรายละเอียดหนังสือได้และสามารถดาวน์โหลดเอกสารจากระบบได้
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาได้แก่ใช้โปรแกรมจำลองเครื่องแม่ข่าย Apache ใน Appserv ใช้ภาษา PHP ในการพัฒนาระบบใช้ Bootstrap ออกแบบและควบคุมในส่วนของหน้าตาการแสดงผล ใช้ MySQL ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล ใช้แบบประเมินความสามารถระบบและใช้แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจหลังการใช้งานระบบ
จากผลการดำเนินงานสรุปได้ว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ( =4.35) การประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.85)
