หุ้นส่วนฝ่ายที่ 2 จะต้องทำการออกแบบโครงการและขออนุญาตต่างๆให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามกฎหมายพร้อมเริ่มดำเนินการก่อสร้างภายใน 3 ปี หลังจากได้เซ็นสัญญาฉบับนี้

Partner 2 shall be made parties to the project design and the various permit and legally ready to commence construction within three years after it signed this contract.
