ฉันต้องการมีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับบุคคลทั่วไป เช่น นักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเที่ยวในประเทศเรา ประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวซึ่งสามารถมีประโยชน์ต่อตัวเรามากโดยการกล้าแสดงออกในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาที่สำคัญที่สุดในการสื่อสารจึงนับเป็นภาษาลำดับที่2รองมาจากภาษาไทย และมีประโยชน์อย่างมากในด้านงานอุตสาหกรรมบริการเพราะว่าต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารกับแขกที่เป็นชาวต่างชาติเป็นส่วนใหญ่ เช่น พนักงานต้อนรับในโรงแรม,ไกด์นำเที่ยว,หัวหน้าเชฟ,นักบิน และอาชีพที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมบริการก็มีประโยชน์ เช่น นักธุรกิจ,วิศวกร,พนักงานขาย ก็สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารในการทำธุรกิจ เพื่อให้มีรายได้และตำแหน่งที่ดีขึ้น
