การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของ
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในศูนย์เครือข่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารและพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ศูนย์เทศบาลหนองบัวลำภู อำเภอเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาหนองบัวลำภู เขต 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า คือ ครูผู้สอนในศูนย์เครือข่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารและพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ศูนย์เทศบาลหนองบัวลำภู อำเภอเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาหนองบัวลำภู เขต 1 จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) ทดสอบใช้ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยง(Reliability) โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ( Cronbach’s Apla Coefficient ) เท่ากับ 0.96 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้ 90 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)
