to use vision Camera to recognize toy's spinning post position on the nest to XYZ axis base (Cartesian robot) of spinning head then individual spin the two (2) post after that check the formed post quality. By that we can be eliminated all the variations that cause to spinning off center defect and machine down time from this issue. All spinning post of the toy is circle form then the programing can be same all the toy profile then easy to change over since not require fine tuning of spinning bit to the post. In this new machine controller will add function to require authorize person to set amount of toy as planning need to avoid over production, if the amount of toy after good quality checked from camera reach to setting point the machine will automatically stop then authorize person will reset the system for next toy change over and production.
