ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ข้าพเจ้าจะส่งเสริมพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา โดยเฉพาะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลและทักษะในการสื่อสารของครู ให้มีสมรรถนะด้านการสอนอย่างมีคุณภาพและมีสมรรถนะตรงตามสายงานและมีวัฒนธรรมการทำงานที่มุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ ข้าพเจ้าจะพยายามลดภาระงานอื่นที่นอกเหนือจากงานที่เกี่ยวข้องการจัดการเรียนรู้และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา พัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้สามารถยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาตามศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคลในรูปแบบที่หลากหลายโดยการประยุกต์ใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารที่ทันสมัยมาใช้ในการพัฒนา เช่น โครงการพัฒนาครูและบุลากรทางการศึกษาโดยยึดถือภารกิจและพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงานเป็นฐานด้วยระบบ TEPE Online (Teachers and Education Personnel Enhancement based on Mission and Functional Areas as Majors : TEPE Online)
