๑. โรงแรมจะรับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สินของผู้เข้าพัก กรณีเกิดความสูญหายหรือเสียหาย ดังนี้

๑.๒ หากทรัพย์สินที่สูญหายหรือเสียหายตามข้อ ๑.๑ เป็นประเภทเงิน ทอง ธนบัตร ตั๋วเงิน อัญมณี หรือ
ของมีค่าอื่นๆ โรงแรมจะรับผิดชอบไม่เกิน 5,000 บาท
เว้นแต่ผู้เข้าพักจะได้ฝากและแจ้งราคาแห่งทรัพย์สินนั้นไว้กับโรงแรม

๒. โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในความรับผิดชอบ หากความสูญหายหรือเสียหายดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นเพราะเหตุดังต่อไปนี้
