หน้าที่การทำงาน
1. ทีมพัฒนาและจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านระบบสารสนเทศ
1.1 ดูแลระบบ : E-learning ในด้านการจัดการ Learning Management System
(LMS) ในระบบ Network ให้พนักงานสามารถเรียนได้ทั้งที่ธนาคารและที่บ้าน
1.2 พัฒนาหลักสูตร : หลักสูตรของธนาคารกสิกรไทยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภทคือ
1) หลักสูตรที่ซื้อ
2) หลักสูตรที่จ้างบริษัทภายนอกพัฒนา
1.3 Even Marketing : จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านระบบ E-learning ของ
ธนาคารให้กับพนักงานในฝ่ายงานต่างๆ ของตาม Training Road Map
1.4 จัดฝึกอบรมให้กับพนักงานในหลักสูตรนายหน้าประกัน
