หลังจากนั้นในปี พ.ศ. 2538 หลวงปู่ทองดี อนีโฆ ได้มาบูรณะวัดใหม่ปลายห้วยแห่งนี้ใหม่ ญาติโยมมีจิตศรัทธาร่วมถวายที่ดินให้กับหลวงปู่ฯ เพื่อใช้บำเพ็ญสมณะธรรม และหลวงปู่ทองดี ท่านได้ซื้อที่ดินเพิ่มเติมเพื่อใช้ในการขยายพื้นที่ของวัดจนปัจจุบันมีเนื้อที่โดยรวม 80 ไร่ และสถานที่ปฏิบัติธรรมอีก 50 ไร่ หลวงปู่ฯ ได้ดำเนินการก่อสร้างถาวรวัตถุภายในวัดใหม่ปลายห้วย อาทิ เช่น ศาลาการเปรียญ กุฏิสงฆ์ อุโบสถ ศาลาปฏิบัติธรรม เจดีย์สถาน ลานธรรม คติธรรม นรก สวรรค์ สุภาษิตไทย และ หลวงปู่เทพโลกอุดร พระยืน พระนั่ง พระนอน ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภาคเหนือตอนล่าง จนมีความสวยงามร่มเย็นเหมาะสมและเอื้อแก่การปฏิบัติธรรมเป็นอย่างมาก ทำให้มีนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้สนใจในธรรมแวะเวียนมาอย่างไม่ขาดสาย
