ผลการวิจัย พบว่า จำแนกชนิดความเป็นอันตรายของสารเคมีที่ใช้ในโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยาได้ทั้งหมด 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ ก๊าซ ของเหลวไวไฟ สารออกซิไดส์ สารกัดกร่อน จำนวนทั้งหมด 16 ชนิด ได้คู่มือความปลอดภัยในการทำงานกับสารเคมีอันตราย ก่อนการอบรมพนักงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 13.29 ± 2.21 และหลังการอบรมพนักงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 17.23 ± 2.03ซึ่งพบว่า คะแนนหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม และมีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อคู่มือความปลอดภัยในการทำงานกับสารเคมีอันตราย มีค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 3.49 ± 0.39 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับดี
