ในบางครั้งคนเราไม่แยกแยะระหว่างค่านิยมกับวัฒนธรรม หลายครั้งที่เจอค่านิยมผิดๆก็เหมารวมว่าวัฒนธรรมเค้าไม่ดีทั้งๆที่ยังไม่ศึกษาวัฒนธรรมที่แท้จริงของประเทศนั้น


อย่างเช่นเราคนไทย ก็มีเอกลักษณ์ที่ไม่เหมือนชาติใดในโลก ทั้งภาษา การแต่งกาย หลายๆอย่าง ก็อาจจะไม่คุ้นชินกับวัฒนธรรมของประเทศอื่น เลยทำให้บางคนมองว่าประเทศนั้นแย่ ซึ่งก็เหมือนกับผู้คนประเทศอื่น ที่บางคนมองว่าวัฒนธรรมคนไทย ทำไมถึงต้องเป็นแบบนี้ เพราะฉนั้นก็ขึ้นอยู่ว่าใครจะเลือกปฏิบัติอย่างไร
