จากการทดสอบใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลคนพิการของศูนย์เอื้ออาทรคนพิการจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี บนเว็บ พบว่ากลุ่มกลุ่มผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 5 คน มีความพึงพอใจค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.60 ผู้ใช้ระบบ (เจ้าหน้าที่) มีความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก จากกลุ่มผู้ใช้จำนวน 15 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.54
