รายงานนี้เสนอวิธีการ และขั้นตอนแนวทางในการลดเวลาลาในการจัดทำเอกสารที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับแผนกผู้ประสานงานโครงการ ผ่านการทำFlowchartเพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์และสามารถต่อยอดต่อไปในอนาคต
โดยผู้จัดทำได้นำทฤษฏีต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น การจัดทำ Flowchart การทดลองงานแบบ PDCA และ ความรู้ด้าน KAIZEN มาอ้างอิงในการจัดทำโครงงานในครั้งนี้อีกด้วย
ซึ่งผลที่ได้รับจากการปฏิบัติทดลองงานคือ Flowchart ที่แสดงถึงแนวทางในการลดเวลาลาในการจัดทำเอกสารในขั้นตอนต่างๆที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับแผนกผู้ประสานงานโครงการเพื่อให้บริษัทนำไปเป็นคู่มือในการสอนงานแบบ On the job training ในการหมุนเวียนเปลี่ยนงานของพนักงาน หรือ Job Rotation ของบริษัทต่อไปในอนาคต
