วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

เพื่อให้เป็นแหล่งศึกษาเรียนรู้และเป็นศูนย์กลางในการเผยแพร่ความรู้
เพื่อให้เกิดการขยายผลด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำที่เหมาะสมในพื้นที่
เพื่อเป็นแหล่งจ้างแรงงานให้ราษฎรที่ยากจนและราษฎรทั่วไปในพื้นที่โครงการเพื่อเป็นแหล่งผลิตอาหารปลอดภัย ผลการดำเนินงาน
