From the result of data analyzing, compared to the RQ1 found out that over a half of the samples do not know about the university’s policy created by Policy and Planning Division of the university.
From the result of data analyzing, compared to the RQ2 found out that half of the samples do not know about general information of TOEIC but most of them know the importance of it. Students also expected themselves to gain TOEIC score in the rank of 201-400.
From the result of data analyzing, compared to the RQ3 found out that the samples self-evaluated their English multi-skills themselves as in Average level.
