อาม็อก (Amok) มีลักษณะคล้ายห่อหมกของไทย ทำจากปลา น้ำพริกเครื่องแกงและกะทิ อาม็อกเป็นหนึ่งในอาหารยอดนิยมของกัมพูชา โดยเป็นการนำเนื้อปลาสด ๆ ลวกพริกเครื่องแกง และกะทิ แล้วทำให้สุกโดยการนำไปนึ่ง ซึ่งนอกจากจะใช้เนื้อปลาแล้ว อาจเลือกใช้เนื้อไก่แทนก็ได้

6. ตกแต่งโดยราดหัวกระทิเคียวสุกและพริกแดงให้สวยงาม
7. เสิร์ฟพร้อมข้าวสวยร้อน โรยด้วยหอมซอย
