สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม 2558 ณ บ้านเลขที่ 123/116 หมู่ 7 ตำบลกะทู้ อำเภอกะทู้ จังหวัดภูเก็ต 83120
ระหว่าง นายฮันส์ เชฟเฟอร์ อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 123/116 หมู่ 7 ตำบลกะทู้ อำเภอกะทู้ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง
กับ นางสาวศรธนพร เพชรรัตน์ อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 81/62 หมู่ 6 ตำบลกะทู้ อำเภอกะทู้ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้รับจ้าง” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง

คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญาโดยเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1. ผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงจ้างและผู้รับจ้างตกลงรับจ้างทำการก่อสร้าง อาคารบนที่ดินที่ผู้ว่าจ้างให้ทำการก่อสร้างตามแบบแปลนที่ผู้ว่าจ้างได้ตรวจสอบและรับรองแล้ว รวมเป็นเงินค่าจ้างทั้งสิ้น 2,178,519 บาทถ้วน
ข้อ 2. ผู้ว่าจ้างจะชำระเงินค่าจ้างให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างเป็นงวดๆ รวม 5 งวด และในแต่ละงวดผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาดังนี้
