ในกรณีที่มีการทำงานล่วงเวลาต่อจากเวลาทำงานปกติไม่น้อยกว่า 2ชั่วโมง ให้ลูกจ้างพัก 20 นาที ก่อนเริ่มทำงานล่วงเวลา

2.1 วันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์
งานสำนักงาน หยุดสัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน
งานกะ หยุดสัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน โดยหมุนเวียนวันหยุด
นายจ้างจ่ายค่าจ้างในวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์แก่ลูกจ้างเท่ากับค่าจ้างในวันทำงาน สำหรับลูกจ้างที่ไม่มีสิทธิได้รับค่าจ้างในวันหยุดบริษัทฯ จ่ายไม่น้อยกว่า 2 เท่า ของค่าจ้างในวันทำงานตามชั่วโมงที่ทำงานในวันหยุดหรือตามจำนวนผลงานที่ทำได้ สำหรับลูกจ้างที่ได้รับค่าจ้างตามผลงานโดยคำนวณเป็นหน่วย
