บันทึกฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง บริษัท วี สุขุมวิท 43 ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ในฐานะ “ผู้จะขาย”
ตามหนังสือจองซื้อ ห้องในอาคารชุด โครงการ เอช สุขุมวิท 43
สัญญาเลขที่ 259/2556 ฉบับลงวันที่ 11 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2555 แปลงเลขที่ 12A10
ฝ่ายหนึ่งกับ Mr.Chistophe Frederic Chrian ในฐานะ “ผู้จะซื้อ” ตามสัญญาดังกล่าว อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกัน ดังนี้
1. เพื่อเป็นกรสมนาคุณแก่ผู้จะซื้อ ซึ่งได้ซื้อ ห้องชุดในอาคารชุด ผู้จะขาย จึงตกลงมอบ
: เปลี่ยนการติดตั้งวอลล์เปเปอร์ ให้เป็นทาสีขาวครีม (ให้ตรงตามในสัญญาจะซื้อจะขาย)
: ค่าบริการสาธารณะเป็นเวลา 18 เดือน มูลค่า 33,145.20 บาท
ให้แก่ผู้มีชื่อเป็นเจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ ที่ทำการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุดและชำระเงินงวดสุดท้ายหลังจากรายการดังกล่าวข้างต้นดำเนินการเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ภายใน 7 วัน ทำการ และในกรณีที่ “ซื้อผู้จะ” ไม่สามารถโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุดตามข้อความดังกล่าวข้างต้นทางโครงการสามารถริบเงินทั้งหมดที่ “ซื้อผู้จะ” ได้ชำระให้กับทางโครงการ
2. แต่หากไม่มีการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในวันที่กำหนดไม่ว่าด้วยสาเหตุใดก็ตาม ให้ถือว่าบันทึกฉบับนี้เป็นอัน
ยกเลิกทันที และผู้จะซื้อต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการเตรียมเรื่องโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ 1,500 บาท
3. ของสมนาคุณนี้ไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
จึงขอลงลายมือไว้เป็นหลักฐานต่อหน้าพยาน
